We recommend that AMMURI carbon fibre parts are fitted by trained professionals to ensure proper fitment onto your vehicle. Therefore, please do not install the parts by yourself unless you are qualified and have all the correct tools to carry out installation. If you decide to install the product yourself, you do so at your own risk, we are not liable for anything that may go wrong. Refunds will also not be processed in this instance.

 

Q) How long does it take to receive my order?

If the parts are in stock then dispatch usually can be the same or next day. Some parts however can be ordered on backorder but may take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to dispatch due to manufacturing times. Please be aware that estimated delivery times may vary depending on how busy the workshop is and that during particularly busy periods, these deadlines might be extended. we will e-mail you to notify you when your items have been dispatched. Once items have been dispatched, delivery within mainland UK is 2-3. International orders can take 4-8 days for delivery. We send all of our products using insured and tracked methods so there are no concerns for you if any products are lost or damaged in transit.

Q) What happens if my order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit?

We always send items using insured and tracked methods, so there’s no risk to you at all. Just let us know about the problem immediately and we’ll arrange for a new part to be sent in exchange as soon as possible. Please ensure that you check the goods before accepting them from the courier or alternatively sign for the parcel as unchecked.

Q) What happens if my order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit?

We always send items using insured and tracked methods, so there’s no risk to you at all. Just let us know about the problem immediately and we’ll arrange for a new part to be sent in exchange as soon as possible. Please ensure that you check the goods before accepting them from the courier or alternatively sign for the parcel as unchecked. We do have to be notified within 2 working days of any damages.

Q) I’ve changed my mind and i’d like to return my item, is this possible and how do I go about doing this?

We can accept returns however there will be a re-stocking fee (15%) for this service and your original postage cost will not be refunded. Any returns must be initiated within 5 days of taking receipt, outside of this we will not accept.

Simply get in contact to request a return, we will give you a returns number to include in the package as well as our returns address. We will not accept liability for damage during return shipping and so shipping insurance is recommend to cover yourself in the eventuality.

We will not cover any return shipping costs under any circumstance.
